Brown ring around but not under glans?
i have a brown coffee stain looking ring about half an inch form the base of my . im not sure if i have always had it there. it looks wrinkly and im embarred of it. what could it be? could it be a circision scar. usually those scars are just below the glans but mine is toward the bottom and like .5 inches thick. idk what to do
