How to be better at MW2?

OK, about a week ago I was pwning online and I could get Pave Low's by knifing and a 16 streak knifing. But now, I'm struggling to get a Harrier. WTF HAS HAPPENED?!?!?!?! BTW, my XBL gamertag is ChillWolf753.
