If my dog is pregnant does....

Is she still going to still put off pheromones? My dogs have tied 3 times in 3 days and today he's not trying or up her today. She is still swollen and are still big. When are they going to go back down? So what does that mean she's going out of heat? Or pregnant? July 24th is when I noticed the swelling/bleeding. The male dog wouldn't leave her alone but today he's acting like normal.
