How long should i have off work for a miscarriage?

My job was very physical. I unloaded a semi, stocked laundry soap and dragged pallets of water! I was off 2 weeks. One for the bleeding and pain and the second for the emotion toll it took. Ask if they want a Dr's note and if they do provide one. Good luck to ya.
