How do I apply for a scholarship to a medical faculty in english???????

HELP1!! I am a scientific gymnasium student(I'm at my fifth year) currently living in Italy. I wanted to know if I could get a scholarship to a medical university in any place...as long as the language in the faculty is english!I attended american schools for 4 years, and i speak three languages perfectly(italian, arabic and english)and when i was in america I was in EL/SEEK cles(enhanced learning) and always had straight As..if someone could please help me out it would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!! thank you all!
