Best way to kill lobsters before eating?

Ok, so I'm a real animal lover to the point where i was a vegetarian for one year till i had to give up because i became unhealthy. Regardless, I love seafood , and i want to make lobster, but i can't bring myself to stand the screams they make when being boiled. I was wondering if you could take the oxygen out of the water with a buffer solution or something, and them they would sufficate, and then go into shock. Idk if this would work for lobsters, but i know i did something like this with fish so i could remove a small fatty fin for some salmon. Basically, i put the fish in some water which lack oxygen then put like 15 fish in there, and after like 30 seconds the fish became immobile and began floating upside, so i could grab them and cut of the little fin. Afterward I put the fish in clean freshwater and after like 5 minutes they would be fine. So does this work for lobsters?? And i don't want to freeze because that will harden or make the meat chewy
