Do you think that the hit series Monk should have a new teenage character?

His name is Caden Walsh. He's 17 years old and he is a jr detective that comes from Sacramento, he collaborates with Monk to finding the killer that killed Caden's Father and Mother during a weekend at his grandparent penthouse. There are two endings in the story. Either Caden goes back to Boston and goes to college and find himself a house of his own and start his life all over or he hangs around becoming a new character on Monk, for Monk to care for and solve crime with. What do you think?
