How can i keep my hair down permenetly?

we use a frizz spray that we buy at Wal-mart quiet inexpensive. It works great. Even on babies that wake up and the hair is just way out there. a little spray then brush or comb it down to the style that you want and you are good to go. it is better if you blow dry your hair using the brush or comb however...but not neccessary.
