I was wondering what college/horn prof would be a good choice when wanting to major in music.?

Since I play horn, I'm looking for a good horn professor. I would prefer colleges less hard to get into than Juilliard or MSM....I've been looking at Tech and OU, but I have no idea how good Baylors program is.
