Illinois FOID card- possible complication!?

I'm a twenty year old male living in a Chicago suburb. I recently decided to apply for my FOID, in other words, applied to own a gun. On the application there was a Yes/No questionnaire. Asking the no brainers: felonies? Mental issues? Violent history etc. When in high school I went through a little depression so I marked Yes to the question asking if I had ever been a patient for mental illness. Would that automatically disqualify me from obtaining my FOID? Everyone has had issues, I quickly opened my eyes and realized life is too short to be frowning all the time. So it's not like I'm a Debby Downer anymore. Any input on this would be more than appreciated! Thanks in advance!!!
