In observing the Lord's Supper?

No that is the Lords Table and all whom He invites should be able to partake. Someones sins is between them and God and Communion is also to be a time of self examination in light of scripture and thus there is the opportunity to confess and repent as that should also be done during communion between the partaker and God.
