Who should I listen to, real life people, or people on Y/A?

LOL well that is your fault, when you post a picture of yourself here you are exposed to trolls and people full of jealousy. Plus people i have noticed when they judge somebody inflate their standards, they compare you to a model or a an actress, when these girls are well extremely good looking but most importantly full of make up and sometimes photoshop.
