Stripped M1903 receiver question...?

Gregg here. I own an m1903 springfield (Non "A" anything) and was thinking about building another from parts. I've found a plethora of original parts, but sadly receivers (just the receiver) are seemingly scarce. I haven't found a single one. Anybody know websites or suppliers where they may be found? I don't want any Santa Fe, or N.O. receivers either. I thought about purchasing one of the deactivated M1903 Springfields from SARCO, but I do not exactly know what they did to the receiver itself to deactivate it. Any input will be greatly appreciated.
