MS DOS Bootable CD problem(Shows invalid directory)?

I was created an MS DOS bootable cd.I created it by downloading the MS DOS v5.0 iso file from http://www.allbootdisks.com/download/iso.html and burned it with Nero.But the problem is after booting from the CD i cannot access any drive of my harddisk.If i type c:, d: or format c: it shows invalid directory.All other commands are working.All my harddrives are in FAT32 file system.
