I think it's about time travel where he is teleported to the future or past or whatever where there was this dome where the puny or thin people live and there was a civilization beneath them that uses these people for power because they have powers in their minds. So every night, these puny people have ritual wherein the people underground will abduct a chosen one of 5 or 6 puny people then go underground then they will go back to the dome as if nothing happened.. What animated movie is this?
